Branding for an educational community based in Michigan, USA., educating women about their health and its impact on the environment.
Niswa strives to empower women by raising awareness on women’s health and its environmental impact. It aims to create a community where women are connected to the environment and are in charge of their bodies, fertility, beauty, and health. For its branding, we wanted to be strong, bold, and happy. We believe a woman’s strength is not a trait to be hidden, it is a means of survival and self-actualization, a basic right. We used hot popping colors that aren’t shy. Red is as hot as it gets. With a double meaning, it equally shows strength and love. As for the emblem, another double meaning through a portrayal of the brand’s name shapes a woman’s basic right; joy. The Arabic letter “Noon” and an abstract tulip is clearly highlighted.
